Friends, who are spending their time in the corporate sector should immediately realize that MOM is commonly expanded as Minutes of Meeting which is prepared by every Management Trainee in company meetings .... ;-)
This blog is the 'minutes' of the discussions between me and my colleague conducted during our free time (especially when waiting for dinner at the restaurants) on arbitrary and hypothetical case studies put forth by me on Strategic Marketing. These case studies are more or less like an analysis of situations in some hypothetical situation is considered in which a strategy supported by substantial argument is required for the business considered in the case to sustain and flourish in the market.
All conceptual contents discussed in this blog are generated purely from our understanding of marketing due to our supposedly 'short' work experience and any resemblance to contents in academic literature is purely coincidental.
Okay, lets get started..
The pattern in which the blog will proceed is as follows:
1. Firstly, we introduce the both of us, the discussers (yeah, its actually a word!)and our skills and knowledge which makes us to qualify in discussing about strategic marketing.
2. Introduction to marketing - as explained from the 'field'(s)!
3. Case Studies
4. Occasionally supply chain jargons used will be explained.
So here we go ...
